I visited Dr. Abraham on the advice of a friend after another opthalmologist told me that I needed a vitrectomy to fix a tear in my retina. This is a surgical procedure and I wasn't given a lot of information about it or any alternatives to the procedure. I felt that because this was my eye that we were talking about I should get another opinion at the very least. Dr. Abraham's office was really clean, well organized, and the staff were very courteous. After going through a series of tests, Dr. Abraham spoke to me and my wife at length about what was going on in my eye. He felt that the tear was serious enough that I should see a retinal specialist immediately. He made a call and got me in to see a retina specialist the same day. They both told me that the vitrectomy was overkill and my tear was fixed with a laser by the end of the day without having to cut open my eye and drain out the gel like the original doctor had recommended. I've found very few doctors that treat me like a person rather than a patient (or perhaps cattle in most cases). Dr. Abraham is a extremely nice man and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything that was going to happen and why it needed to be done. I feel like he genuinely cares about my vision and what's best for me. I have a follow-up with him in a month to look at a small cataract in the same eye, which could have been aggravated had I moved forward with the original vitrectomy procedure. I'm so glad I was referred to Dr. Abraham and will continue my treatment despite his office being over 2 hours away from where I live. He's that good and my eyes are that important to me. I strongly recommend him and will post a follow-up review after my cataract evaluation/treatment.

It was a great experience! I was concerned about having cataract surgery due to my past history of radial keratotomy, but Dr. Abraham did a wonderful job! He allayed all of my fears, and both procedures went smoothly with excellent results. I highly recommend Dr. Abraham to anyone contemplating eye surgery. He’s the best!

Dr. Abraham and his staff are exceptional people. Never having had cataract surgery before, I did have some questions and, quite frankly, a little reticence about the procedure. I came through it with flying colors and I have never had post surgery response and support as I’ve had from the Abraham Eye Center. I highly recommend these folks.

Dr. Abraham took the best care of me & I am deeply grateful. He saw me in an emergency situation when I suddenly started having blindspots, which he diagnosed as a retinal detachment. He personally walked me over to the retinal specialist and made sure they saw me immediately. If you're reading this, take care of your eyes NOW - don't wait. Dr. Abraham is by far the best healthcare professional I have ever dealt with! I was referred to Dr. Abraham by my primary care physician for dry/red eyes and potential pterygium removal (growth of raised tissue on the conjunctiva, that extends onto the cornea). The mere thought of eye surgery made me feel anxious until I had my first consultation with Dr. Abraham. From the minute I walked into Abraham Eye Center I felt confident that I was in good hands. The staff was pleasant to interact with and the office is clean with modern equipment. After being assessed and discussing treatment options for dry/red eye Dr. Abraham determined that removing my pterygium is the best treatment for me. I agreed to surgery and 2 months later I was in the operating room. Dr. Abraham made the surgery feel like a complete breeze. He checked in on me moments before surgery and answered all of my last minute questions which allowed me to feel absolutely relaxed and calm. He played a great mix of music in the operating room which definitely helped take the focus off the surgery. Today, I’m two months post op and my red eye is almost completely gone, my vision is great and the weird looking growth on my cornea is gone! The surgery was a total success. Thank you to everyone on Dr. Abraham’s team both office and operation staff. I recommend Dr. Abraham with no hesitation.

I just got my LASIK surgery done with Dr. Abraham and I could not be happier with my results even after just one day! Operation went smoothly and Dr. Abraham did a Great job. If you are considering getting LASIK done I would highly recommend getting it done with Dr. Abraham.
